It enables achieving ideal proximal contact of indirect restorations - Seating of crowns & Accurate occlusion. Interdental cutting or sanding blade move in rocking motion within inter-proximal space with gentle pressure against the excess to be removed. Removes excess resins, Adhesive Cement & amalgam. Sanding blade provided for further finishing. Blades replaceable ensure predictable results.
The Contact strip saw hack-saw frame has been designed to remove the excesses of composites, adhesives, cement and amalgams from proximal regions and overhangs.
Also indicated for Inlay and Onlay procedures and laminated veneers. Easy and safe way to remove surplus materials without damaging the contact points.
Main Benefits: Saw blade removes excesses of any type of filling materials from the interproximal areas, without breaking the contact point since its thickness is only 0.05 mm.

Use the saw by moving it in backward and forward directions within the interproximal space applying a low and controlled force against the excess to be removed.
The surplus material is safely removed while keeping the contact points preserved. Allows wider interproximal space for the orthodontic treatment purpose.
Perform orthodontic stripping in order to reduce the teeth dimensions, generating the necessary space for the treatment; and/or solving natural disproportion in teeth size between the arches.
For the saw blade replacement, loosen partially the nut (1), dis-assemble the used blade, insert the new one taking the former piece as example (2) and tighten the nut (3 and 4).
